HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES

There are two ways to register for classes.

  • You can register online (This is the fastest and preferred method)
    OR
  • You can print the class registration form and mail it in with your payment. Class Registration Form can be mailed to:  Milwaukee Machine Quilting Show, Student Registration, 817 Mohr Ave. , Waterford, WI 53185. Make checks payable to Milwaukee Machine Quilting Show.
  • A complete class book (Class descriptions, teacher bios, Special Events, etc) can be viewed here.

Registration opens May 1, 2010 at 9:00am (cst).
Online Registration closes July 29, 2010 at Midnight (cst).
Mail-in Registrations must be in office before July 15, 2010.

Watch class times carefully!  You are responsible for your own schedule!

Schedules, tickets (Special Events and/or Day Passes), badges, etc.
will not be mailed in advance.  Students need to check-in at the
Student “Will Call” area when you arrive.

Fees:

  • Class Registration fee is $45.00 fee. This($62.00 value) includes:
    • multi-day pass ($25.00)
    • MMQS Tote Bag ($15.00)
    • MMQ Show Pin ($7.00)
    • Preview Night Admission ($5.00)
    • Administrative Fee ($10.00)
  • Class fees are listed with the class descriptions and payable at time of registration.  
  • A Kit fee may be listed for some classes.  This fee is payable directly to the instructor before the class starts. 

Online Registration Instructions:

  • Start here to add the class registration fee to the shopping cart.
  • Click on the “Continue Shopping” button to go directly to the main class page to make your selections. 
  • View the class description by clicking on the class number and a new browser window will open to review the details. 
  • Once your classes have been added to the "Shopping Cart", proceed to "Checkout" to enter your billing and shipping information. 
  • On the "Order Summary" page, enter your "Payment Information"
  • Methods of payment are
    • MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
    • Print & mail order.
    • Another option is to “Call for Payment”; we call you for payment information.  If you choose the “Call for Payment” option your class is not confirmed until payment is processed. 
  • After your payment information is entered, click on "Submit Order".  The final page is "Order Receipt".  You will receive an email confirmation and/or print this page for your records.
Note: If for any reason your credit card number is denied your class/classes are not confirmed until payment can be made. All credit card information is processed in our office.

Class enrollments:  Classes will be processed on a "First Come" basis.  On-site class enrollments will be available for classes that are not filled.  The class registration fee still applies.

Waiting List: We will maintain a waiting list of 10% of the maximum allowed in a class.

Mail in registration form:  Fill out the form with all the information required.  Please print clearly.  Circle the class number for each time period.  Make check payable to: Milwaukee Machine Quilting Show or enter your credit card information and mail to:

Be sure to sign the form.  No unsigned class registration form will be accepted.  Mail-in registration forms must be in our office by July 15, 2010 to allow time to process.  A confirmation will be emailed or mailed to you.

Class Additions:  Additional classes can be made prior to July 29, 2010 online and/or on-site at the show by pre-registered attendees dependent upon availability of classes.  Mail-in class additions must be received in our office by July 15, 2010 to allow sufficient handling time.

Cancellations:  The class registration fee is non-refundable. To cancel a class; mail your original confirmation to MMQS with your written request to cancel.  Your request must be received no later than July 1, 2010.  You will receive a full refund of class and event fees. After July 1, 2010 there will be no refunds.

Liability Waiver:  Your participation and attendance, including family members and minors who accompany you, in any MMQS class, lecture, exhibit or event – paid for or not – is conditioned upon you your agreement to hereby indemnify MMQS, its employees, volunteers, and contractors from any claim for injury, loss or damage caused by negligence in strict liability, or for any other reason.  Your online acceptance or signed class registration form is a binding agreement to this liability waiver contained in the class registration instructions.  MMQS bears the right to cancel any class due to inadequate class enrollment, failure of teacher availability, or other circumstances beyond the control of MMQS.
